Why you need to exercise a lot in space
If you have seen people on the space station, they exercise a lot. Well, this is because if you didn't then the lack of gravity would damage your bones and your lungs and heart would collapse. They would float into a position that would kill you, and blood would float out of your mouth, YUCK!

Genetics!
Genetics, the code of life, is a masterfully complex topic. While you are reading, hundreds of tiny "bits" of information are reproducing within your body. This is the process of genetics.
When new genes are formed in a young human, they inherit the gene pattern of the child's parents. If John's mother was brown eyed and, his father was blue eyed than there is an equal chance that John is either blue or brown eyed. This is because John is male, meaning that he had one X and one Y chromosome. So, neither chromosome dominates the other.
If Kate was in John's brother, then Kate would most likely have blue eyes.
The idea of genetics not only applies to appearances, but also genetic disease.

How we hear sound
Sound is, basically, a vibration of air. But that raises some questions, like do we feel sound?
But how we hear sound is a different matter. So if I say "hello", my mouth would vibrate the air. Then sound waves would travel into your ear, and then when inside your ear the sound vibrates a small membrane which sends those signals to your brain. Your brain converts into sound as we hear it.
